As part of Leeds Loves Food Chef Brian Turner CBE visited Leeds Kirkgate Market Saturday 8th July 2013. Brian was doing cooking demonstrations of his recipes using all produce from Leeds Kirkgate Market as well as working with family run business of 29 years, Hayes Seafoods. Cliff Hocken, owner of Hayes Seafoods carried out seafood demonstrations with Brian including how to dress fresh Yorskhire Crabs and shuck fresh Irish Oysters that Hayes offer.
